My story

This beautiful 3yr old shepherd mix is Llama! Llama came to us very scared and pregnant. After surprising us with a litter (all since adopted) this young lady is ready to start her life over again and find a forever home! Llama would love a quieter, lower-traffic home with a fenced yard. She is currently living with a dog AND a cat in her foster home, and is getting along especially well with her new doggy foster brother. Llama is learning to like car rides (she prefers the destination to the journey); she walks very well on leash and would love to go on adventures outdoors with you!Here’s what her foster mom has to say about her:“Llama is thriving! She absolutely loves to run and play with her toys—she`s full of energy and always up for some fun. One of her favorite pastimes is watching and listening to the wildlife behind the house; she gets so excited when she spots movement or hears new sounds. This sweet gal is all about balance – her perfect day would be lazy morning, followed by a stroll in the woods, and a trip to the hardware store to sniff out some flowers. On the training front, Llama is responding really well to clicker training and is picking up on cues quickly.
