My story

Nova is an incredible, sweet, energetic, and goofy girl. She can be slightly shy at first, but she loves people and other dogs.  She loves to play most of the day, go for long walks, be outside, and play with other puppies. Nova would love a backyard to give her the space to run and play throughout the day. After dinner, she is the best cuddler on the couch by laying across your lap, putting her head on your shoulder, or digging under the covers to lie between your legs. She does great in her crate all night and goes right in there when told it’s time to go to bed, even when she gives you those eyes that she wants to sleep in a human bed. She is completely potty trained using the dog door. We are working on basic commands with sit and down, which she picked up quickly - she's a very smart cookie! She would be a great 2nd dog to someone as she loves to play with all her foster puppies, sleep, and cuddle with them during nap time. When playing with other dogs, this goofy girl will play tug of war, keep away or steal the toys from others so they chase her, or see if anyone is faster than her when running laps and circles around the backyard. She loves going to the dog park to run off some of her energy and meeting new dogs to play with. Nova is a bundle of energetic love who will make an excellent fur baby who wants love with her giving so much more love back! New People: Good but shy at first Children: Good but shy at first Food Removal: Good Dogs: Excellent once she knows them Cats: Has only barked at them, trying to figure out who they are Other Pets: Watches the birds and squirrels Energy Level: High Personality: Can be unsure of new people but wants love and treats ##2270395##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt NOVA, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
