My story

Meet the tiny but mighty 🚘 Prius 🚘 When we first met Prius he had been semi-freshly hit by a car which of course prompted me to give him the name “Prius”. 😬 Don’t ask me how he survived but he somehow came out with only a badly broken pelvis/leg and when asked how he managed to win that battle he simply said “You should have seen the other guy!”. And, well, touché little guy. Prius’s injury was severe enough that he did need his leg amputated but he has never left that stop him. He always has places to be and the lack of a leg certainly isn’t going to stop him, after all, he won a fight with a car. He has the sweetest personality and is always so happy to find someone to hang out with. He purrs almost instantly and is *usually* not too busy to hang out in your lap for a while. He loves the smell of Oreos (Halloween edition please), long runs from one end of the house to the other, and very plush beds to rest his beans on when he’s all tuckered out. He enjoys giving those who care about him heart attacks as he climbs up tall things and then leap down, trusting every time that his *three* legs will catch him. I’m like 99% sure surviving the car accident made him believe he is, in fact, invincible. He’s not though so we really have to watch that. He has befriended just about every cat he’s met, including the grumpy ones because he is simply charismatic…or because he just doesn’t care if they yell at him a little bit. He has kitten things to do and nobody is going to stop him. Prius needs an active, age appropriate feline companion so he has somebody to wrestle with and to brag about the whole car thing to. Yes, he keeps bringing it up cause it’s just like really cool he survived and stuff. He is 7ish months old (as of January 2025), neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, FeLV vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea preventative.
