Hi there! I'm Cherry, a one-year-old labrador mix with a beautiful smile! Cherry, came from a high-kill shelter within moments of being euthanized. Chandra is a vibrant young dog with a shy exterior that belies a profound capacity for affection and loyalty. As she ventures into new experiences, Chandra's resilient spirit shines brightly, revealing her ability to overcome being dumped by her owner and left her with only a pink collar. By embracing and nurturing Cherry's unique personality, her future family will be fortunate to have a devoted and loving companion. ***FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our adoption fee is $300 plus health certificate and transport (if you are out of state - varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, microchip (additional $12.99 registration fee required at time of adoption), spay/neuter, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
