My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!My Borough Breaker wrote: I had the chance to take Full Moon on a borough break for a fewhours. Right off the bat, Full Moon was very excited to see me.He gave me lots of love right away, and off we were on our walkin Central Park. In busy streets, Full Moon was very aware of his surroundingsbut quickly relaxed as we reached the park. He was very goodon a leash and constantly walked by my side without pulling. Hewalked head up, either looking at the environment or looking atme. He appeared very social towards other dogs and wouldprobably enjoy playing with other dogs.He did not seem to be treat-motivated. He did not like most ofthe treats I tried to give him but liked a little bit the dried chicken ones. Full Moon is very intelligent. He knows a few basiccommands and, with some patience and love, could learn a lotmore. He also was not interested in the dog toy I brought forhim. On breaks, he wanted to snuggle, be held, and give lots ofkisses. He enjoys affection and returns the love he gets. Hetends to jump on you while you stand but only to get yourattention and get more love and snuggles.Full Moon had a lot of energy to burn (we walked 9 miles - buthe was tired towards the end) and would require daily physicalexercise.Overall, my time with Full Moon was pure pleasure, he's a bigmush that has so much love and potential. I truly hope that hewill find the right forever home very soon!My #BoroughBreak Buddy writes: He is such a great dog. Loves to be with you and loves to cuddle. He loved to be petted.
