My story

Comet is a 1 year old, 46.9-pound Lab/Husky mix with a sweet and gentle soul—and a playful spark that’s starting to shine! He was recently adopted but returned because his guardian didn’t have enough time to meet his needs. Now, Comet is ready to find a home that can keep up with his youthful energy and playful spirit.Comet can be a little timid in new places, but with some patience and reassurance, he warms up quickly and starts to show his fun-loving side. He enjoys pets and is still figuring out how to play with toys—right now, he’s happy to just hold them while soaking up affection from his person. Recently, he’s shown that he loves playing with other dogs and is always excited to meet new people!As a young, active pup, Comet will need a home that can provide plenty of physical and mental exercise to help him thrive.
