My story

My #Boroughbreak Buddy writes:Blue was so good! He was a little anxious going up/down stairs, steel doors on the sidewalks. He would do great with some leash training, just a strong puller, but did great at not barking, attentive to the person he was with and great with other people on the street. He calmed down at home after getting his zoomies out and eventually made himself quite at home. He will make a loving sweet boy!What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!A Volunteer Wrote: This boy has stolen our hearts, and it only takes about two seconds. First of all, he made us laugh because he immediately understood that the pigeons in the back-who have no fear of the dogs when it comes to moving in for their biscuits-are scary. But after a quick duck and cover and assurance that he is totally right, he began to play with his toys, hopping on my lap when it was time to rest. He's the sweetest, gentlest, bunny rabbit of a boy who adores people, shows no reactivity to dogs, and is equally happy running around with toys in the back as he is jumping on the bench for love.
