My story

Meet Zeina, a stunning 3-year-old German Shepherd mix who weighs about 60 pounds. A staff favorite, Zeina is the perfect mix of playful, sweet, and loyal! Zeina loves people of all ages and is known for her gentle, affectionate nature. True to her breed, she’s smart and active, and she’s looking for a home that can provide her with both mental and physical exercise. She would likely thrive with training, agility, or other activities that keep her body and mind engaged — and help her continue building confidence. She adores toys, especially her beloved ball, and she’s happiest either lounging like the queen she is or zooming around the yard. Zeina already knows "sit" and "shake," enjoys puzzle toys, and is very food motivated, making her a joy to train. Zeina needs a home without cats, but with the right match, she may enjoy having a canine companion. As always, dog introductions are required to ensure a good fit. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
