My story

Meet King, a regal young pup with a stunning tricolored coat and a heart just waiting to open up to the right person. At 2 years old and 56 pounds, he’s the perfect mix of handsome and loyal. King can be a little shy at first, needing a moment to feel safe with new people. But once he knows you`re a friend, he’ll happily stick by your side, ready to be your most devoted companion. With an Adoption Angel covering his fee, all this royal boy needs now is a castle to call his own. Could that be with you?~~~~~The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org. Interested in fostering a dog in need? You can take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours, giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. Program runs daily starting at noon.
