My story

Hey there! I'm Carrot, and let me tell you, my adorable squishy, smooshy face is just the start of what makes me special. I'm a happy-go-lucky kind of guy, always bouncing through each day with a pure zest for life. Being an active boy, I need my daily dose of exercise. I absolutely love going for walks, playing tug of war with my human or doggie friends, and romping around in a fenced backyard—just a heads up, I can jump a 4-foot fence! Car rides and running errands with my people are also some of my favorite activities. When it comes to other dogs, I'm a fan. I’m super playful, and if I come on too strong with my dog pals, I’m great at taking cues from them and adjusting my play style. I’ve been around kids and would probably do best with older ones since I’m a big, bouncy boy. I don’t have any experience with cats, so slow introductions are a must. But when it comes to snuggling, I’m the best. My people are my sweet spot, and nothing makes me happier than a long snuggle session and all the attention. I really am a lover boy. I’m house and crate trained, even though I'm a little vocal when I first go in—I adjust and settle in nicely.
