Name:  Darlene            Best Guess for Breed: Terrier/Lab mix     Best Guess for Age:  7 months as of June 2025          SEX:  Female   Estimated Weight:  44 lbs as of 6/1/25   Gets Along With: Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training. We are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  DC area foster home.   Darlene is Looking For: Her forever home! This sweet, sweet girl is eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And snuggles at the end of a fun day together. Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well. But you know what she wants most of all? To know she's safe and loved. What My Foster Says About Me: Darlene is the sweetest little girl of the bunch. Smaller and quieter than her siblings, she's a bit more hesitant to try new things and is a little shy, but once she knows you she's a precious little cuddle bug. With her siblings, though, she's just as eager to wrestle and get involved in the newest puppy shenanigans. We took her to the dog park last night after the event and she did really well. She wasn't even hanging around my dogs for support. She was off exploring and running around with other dogs.
