My story

RALPHIE (watch my video!) Male, neutered 1-1/2 years old Pit bull terrier 65 lbs. Microchipped, up-to-date on core vaccines and takes monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Crate trained, house trained; good with kids, dogs and cats Ralphie is our handsome fella who has rightfully earned his nickname of “Mr. Perfect!” He was brought to the PG County animal shelter as a stray and after 2 months of patiently waiting, he was placed on the urgent list. As a sweet soul and a volunteer favorite, Lovepaws brought him to safety and made him a promise to find his forever home as loving as he is.   Ralphie reminds us of a goofy puppy who has never met a stranger. Adults? Loves them. Kids? Incredible with them. Dogs? Best buds for life. Cats? Totes fine! Squeaky toys? Prepare to be tossed in the air, pounced on, hidden and found over and over. Got a backyard? Zoomie-time! Got a floor? Sploots galore! Feeling under the weather? Ralphie will match your energy and offer healing, soothing comfort and snuggles. Need a wingman for the brewery, your kiddos’ sports practices, a jog, a trip to Home Depot, or for a lazy movie night?
