My story

URGENT Foster/Home Needed – Long Island, NY This incredibly handsome boy is Ruger. He is a 2yr old male German Shepard. He has been with his current family, including a 5yr old and an 11yr old, since he was 5 months old. They exhausted many options in an effort to keep Ruger, but they need to rehome him due to a change in personal circumstances. They want a better home for him than they can provide. Ruger is good with people but is very dog selective so it would be better if he were the only pet in the home. He is not a fan of smaller animals (squirrels, cats, etc). He’s a young, active dog that loves to run so a fully fenced yard is important. He is neutered and UTD on vaccines.
