NEW -This super sweet 9 mo old boy was an "owner give up" and sadly spent the holidays in a public shelter cage not understanding why he lost his home. During his stay, he was friendly, vocal and tried to get passerby's attention by putting his paws out and grabbing their clothes but no one picked him...except for us.
