My story

Meet Mocha. Mocha's owner surrendered him when she moved and could not take him with her. He originally came to us with his "brother" and have been in foster care, living with several other small dogs. Mocha has thrived in his foster home and has made friends with the other dogs. He loves to run around in the yard and explore with the others. He is happy, outgoing and social as well. Mocha would do best in a home with at least one other small dog in the home to keep him company. He is about 5-6 years old and 13 pounds. Please help Mocha find the loving home he deserves. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. If you are interested in adopting, we encourage you to please submit an application on our website today so that we can try and process and pre-approve any potential adopters prior to our next adoption event. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting. **If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
