My story

Meet Copenhagen! Copie was born by c-section to a mama who decided unequivocally that she did not want to be a mama. That means little Copie was less than an hour old when he ended up a fostered orphan. Because of his early trauma, he had some challenges growing up. He had chronic diarrhea because he never had a chance to get mamas GI Flora and immune cells, and it took him weeks to break 200 grams, even though most kittens hit that in less than a week. Now, after extensive testing, we’ve come to the conclusion that Copie is healthy, just little. At 5 months old, he’s only 3.5 lbs, where other kittens his age are almost 6! Despite that, he never misses a meal and loves canned food and treats more than anything else. Because Copenhagen was raised by people so young, he’s definitely people oriented, and loves snuggling, sitting on your lap, and purring up a storm. Despite that, he also loves playing with his foster friends, especially his closest in age, Brno. Copie should do fine in a home with kids, dogs, or cats, with proper introduction. And if you’re looking for a pair, Copenhagen and Brno are perfect together! Adopt a pocket sized kitty today! The first step is to complete the cat adoption application below. Symbiotic Inc. has a required minimum $150 adoption donation. If you are adopting two cats at once, it is a total of $250. (it is tax deductible!) All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all needed health care before adoption is finalized. We require a meet and greet with all potential adopters, a home visit and a vet reference (if applicable).
