My story

Pandi is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! Pandi is: Neutered: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized More about Pandi: Housebroken: Doing well overall when on a consistent routine, and a fenced spot to go potty as he does not walk on a leash Crate trained: He has done best with free roam of a closed room when home alone, for up to 10 hours Leash walking: He does not walk on leash, as it seems to throw off his balance and disorient him. He will need a home with access to a yard or fully-enclosed potty area. Dog social: He lives with other dogs in his foster home and has done well, generally keeping to himself and giving them their space too Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: He has done well in living with a respectful teenager but is easily startled due to vision/hearing impairment so younger children are not advised. Pandi likes: - Being held and carried like the little prince he is - Sniffing out treats and playing with stuffies - Being the little spoon Pandi is a sweet little guy who may have limited vision and hearing, but the love in his heart knows no bounds! He has done well with access to a fenced yard in his foster home, and loves roaming out there to get in his sniffs and rays. When he’s ready to come inside, he will sniff you out and come stand at your feet to let you know he’s ready to be carried back upstairs. He loves to nap with you, and will even let you wrap your arms around him and snore in his ear. He also LOVES playing with his toys (especially Lambchops - he’s got a collection going) and finding a warm spot to snooze. He would love an adopter who is understanding of his limitations, and can give him a consistent and loving home environment! Pandi recently had to have his eyes removed, and he is suspected to have impaired hearing. Pandi's adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous supporter, and he is ready to find his big spoon! Next steps: Email adopt@onetail.org with questions, or submit an application online and we'll be in touch to schedule a meeting: https://www.onetail.org/apply-to-adopt/ *** Our adoption application stays on file for one year and can apply to any dog in our program. Once the app is submitted you will receive an email within 48-72 hours. For additional questions, email adopt@onetail.org ***

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pandi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
