Meet Penelope, a sweet and independent kitty with a heart full of potential! This lovely lady dreams of a peaceful, quiet home where she can relax, recharge, and build her confidence. Penelope adores curling up in her cozy hidey bed, where she feels safe and snug. Though she’s shy at first, with a little time and patience, Penelope is sure to come out of her shell and show her gentle, loving side. Our cats and kittens go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccines, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
