Meet Tinsel, a kitten as supercharged with spirit as his festive name suggests! He is sterilized, microchipped, and vaccinated which means he is all set to go live in a permanent home-- just as long as that new home has a patient and understanding human in it willing to provide some structure and guidance! Tinsel gets the zoomies quite often, but is also more than happy to relax in the sun or on a lap. He especially loves to explore his surroundings and learn about all the interesting things in a human house!
