My story

Location: Forest Lake, MN Tapioca (AKA Zoey) is an active dog that will do very well with an active family or active adults. She is good with kids and has spent a lot of time with cats. Though she has lived with cats, she may be too playful for older or passive cats. Tapioca is smart and eager to please. She is very food motivated and will do anything for a treat. Tapioca requires a good amount of exercise, she is a working dog for sure! She is very happy to meet new people and greet everyone that comes around. Tapioca has a loud bark and makes herself known to the dogs that pass by and sometimes comes on too strong, but she just wants to play. She is house trained, mostly, and will go on a pee pad if left inside for too long. Tapioca is not kennel trained. She is good on a leash. Tapioca will need a variety of chew toys. Tapioca is very affectionate and silly. She loves to steal your favorite spot on the couch so you can cuddle up next to her. She loves to get face to face to give hugs and kisses. I sometimes wonder if she is half rabbit because she loves to jump! It's a funny thing to see such a big dog jump up and down and hop around! You will love her sweet and silly personality. She definitely has made us feel safe as she lets us know about the goings on around the house and yard. Tapioca follows our schedule, sleeps on a bed next to ours, and lets us know when it's time to eat and time to go out. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
