My story

Hi, I’m Tucker! I’m a goofy, high-energy pup under a year old, and I’m a mix of Weimaraner and German Shorthaired Pointer—so yep, I’ve got lots of get-up-and-go! I’m a super sweet boy who loves my people deeply, but I do struggle with being left alone. I take a little time to adjust to new routines, but I really thrive when I get plenty of exercise and playtime with other dogs. A consistent routine and lots of activity are key for me—I’ve even tried some agility and absolutely loved it! Crates aren’t really my thing, so I’d do best with a family where someone works from home or can take me along for adventures. I’m very food-motivated and eager to learn, which makes training fun for both of us! I’m fully vetted and neutered, and I get along great with kids—though I’m still figuring out how all my limbs work, so I’m a bit clumsy! If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and active companion, I just might be your guy.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tucker Kershaw, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
