Meet Cici! Cici is a feisty girl who is always begging to get out of her playpen to play or just follow her foster family around! Mom Cami and her C-Litter puppies came to OklaHOME as an emergency intake after Cami gave birth in a literal field of debris and with severe weather approaching.
