My story

Meet Cali! Cali is a 4-month-old lab mix puppy with a sweet and gentle soul. Born to a feral mom, she and her siblings spent the first couple of months of their lives without much human interaction, so she’ll always be a bit shy. But once Cali warms up, she’s the most easygoing and lovable companion you could ask for. Cali adores other dogs and finds confidence in following her four-legged foster siblings. She’s doing great learning the ropes, including house training and using the doggie door. At night, Cali cozies up in bed with the children in her foster home (they even argue over whose turn it is to snuggle with her!). Cali is looking for a patient and loving family with another dog to help her continue building trust and confidence. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
