My story

Hi, I'm Sara! I'm a 1-2 year old Husky and German Shepherd mix, and I’ve got a lot of energy and a big, goofy heart! I’m a total sweetheart who loves people, but I’ll admit, I get a little nervous when left alone, so I need someone who can spend plenty of time with me and help me feel safe and secure. My foster moms said I’m really special—they think I’ve got a ton of potential and just need a patient, experienced owner who can work with me. I know basic commands, and I absolutely love having a job to do! I’d be thrilled if you had the time to train and teach me new things. I’m great in the car, love baths, and I walk really well on a leash. I do need a bit of help adjusting to meeting new men, but I’m very sweet and I know I’ll get there with the right guidance. I’m good with other dogs, though I can be a little rough in play, so I’d do best in a home with young, submissive dogs or senior dogs who don’t mind my energetic style. If you’re an experienced dog owner with time to train and help me grow into the amazing companion I know I can be, I promise I’ll be loyal, loving, and always ready to make you smile
