My story

Hi - I was surrendered to the shelter when my owner could no longer care for me. I`m a little cautious around strangers and may seem a bit aloof when I first meet people. The humans at the shelter are making me as comfortable as possible and working to help me warm up. It sounds like, with time, I should hopfully learn to trust people a bit more. My previous owner reported that, once I build relationships, I`m good with people and most other pets. I`ll definitely need slow, planned, monitored introductions to any people or pets in a new home. But I deserve a second chance at a nice life and I want to find a loving home where I can shine.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt BROOKLYN, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
