My story

Hi, I'm Kojak! I am either a weenie dog dressed up as a Labrador for Halloween who just forgot to change for 9 years or a preschooler's play-doh dog creation come to life. Nobody knows, especially me. I am an extraordinarily looonnnggg boy with short lil legs and a wonky old body. Don't let that fool you though because I can still zoom really really fast- just not in a particularly coordinated manner. Plodding along on walks is my favorite past-time, and I really enjoy chasing my ball around the house for a few minutes every day. People haven't always been very kind to me and I've been abused and neglected by multiple owners. Now I'm in foster care and am learning how to be absolutely spoiled. When I first came to CMHS, I was a bit of a mess, but I have been eating lots and am slowly getting healthier, stronger, and even more silly. Despite how I've been treated in the past, I still have a lot of love to give. My dream home would be somewhere where I can feel safe enough to let my goofy personality shine forever and ever. I am such a very sweet, lovable guy and I hope that there is someone out there who will give me a chance to have all of the love and happiness that I have missed out on, but so very truly deserve.
