Say hello to Rafa, the bubbly Blue Lacy! How this delightful dog hasn`t already been adopted is a mystery to us since he`s got everything a dog owner could be looking for. Firstly, he is adorably affectionate, and will not hesitate to cover your in loving licks the moment he meets you. He might even hop up on his hind legs and wrap his paws around you to give you his endearing hugs that he`s known for! Rafa also loves going on walks, making him a great pet for anyone who`s looking for a pet to keep them in shape.
