My story

In 1990 Latin musician Gerardo’s hit song “Rico Suave” hit radio stations everywhere. While most of the song is…er… less than appropriate, the first few lines go like this:“I’m sure that you’ve heard I’m polite,I’m a well-behaved gentleman,A responsible young man and always well dressed”That’s our Rico! He’s a very polite, very good boy and a perfect gentleman dressed very smartly in head to toe white (which goes with everything). Rico Suave indeed!! Rico is very friendly, very sweet, and very suave- the perfect addition to your home! He was surrendered to the shelter when his former person could not keep him safe at home, so he’s looking for a home with a secure yard and a family committed to keeping him at home where he belongs. Rico shares his kennel with another dog and has been playful, social, and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup, with staff noting that he is an easygoing boy overall.
