My story

Meet Hutch! He is a very sweet boy who would love a calm household as he can take some time to warm up. He LOVES playing fetch! Tennis balls are his favorite thing. He's dog friendly and would love a home with another dog who can help him open up. A household with dog savvy kids who are older would be okay. His wonderful foster family has told us more about him: Hutch is a very sweet little guy! He is a little cautious of new people, but don’t let that fool you. A quick walk, some treats and he’ll fall in love! He likes playing with different toys but his favorite are tennis balls. He’s also quite the cuddle bug, and enjoys laying or sitting with you. He also did well with our cats and did not bark, or show signs of aggression towards them. He's still unsure of being left alone, particularly if left in a crate, so would need patience as he works through separation anxiety in his forever home. He does great sleeping in a crate at night when he can see you though, so continued positive associations with his crate will help him feel safe and secure that his people will return.
