Here is what Toby's foster says about him: "Toby is a very loving boy. He is great with kids. He will be best with other cats. He loves playing. If we toss a toy, he will run after it and bring it back. And will repeat over and over. He will sit for you, if asked. Like I say, he is a great cat." We agree!
