My story

A cancer survivor, she has had multiple surgeries to remove her breast cancer. Healthy and ready for adoption, you can pet her but she definitely wants to be an only child with a low-activity home. Sadie is a good candidate for a foster home, as we recognize she is nearing end of life and simply needs a quiet home to enjoy out her final months of life. She has been given the best of care and treatment as a cancer survivor and we will continue her vet care and cover those costs as needed. She is not on medication and is an easy cat to manage. You can feel good as a foster parent that you are truly giving a cat a wonderful life of comfort and care. Ideally the foster lives in the immediate area of our facility, within Prince William County, VA. A foster does not pay an adoption fee, and an ideal candidate is someone who has been a cat owner and has had some experience with older cats, has a low-activity, quiet home, and does not have other animals in the home.
