Desiree

My story

Desiree was found living in deplorable conditions with a large colony of cats. She came into the rescue at the age of approximately 6 weeks weighing only mere 10 ozs with a terrible upper respiratory infection. It took 3.5 months to get to the bottom of her possible URI triggers, including a number of medications, bloodwork, acupuncture and plasma transfusion. Also meanwhile we determined that Desiree had allergies to certain litters and medications which aggravated her condition. Now she grew into a beautiful and loving baby that loves attention, cuddles, pets, has an outgoing personality, and has super soft shiny black fur! She needs to be a part of everything you are doing and wants to peek in in every cupboard and drawer you open. Also the moment she hears that you open a dryer door she jumps right in! She will be the cat that will never hide when guests come over but she will roll by their feet for pets and rub against their legs.
