My story

Meet Shimmer! This dazzling 3-year-old girl was found as a stray but is ready to shine in a home of her very own. Friendly and outgoing, Shimmer is full of enthusiasm for life and can’t wait to be your loyal sidekick on all your adventures. She is currently living in a foster home where she alerts when she needs to go outside to potty, loves all of the toys, and is best friends with her canine foster brother! Whether it’s exploring trails or snuggling up after a day of play, Shimmer is eager to light up your life with her love and joyful energy.Shimmer would love to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to ensure it is a great match! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Shimmer is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her forever home!
