My story

Everyone knows pittie mixes take longer to find their forever home. Let’s not make that the case with Duncan! Duncan spent 6 weeks at our local Animal Control before his fosters picked him to take home. His personality is still emerging but so far we know he loves playing with his rope, chewing on a bone, & playing fetch in the yard. You should see his little hops! Duncan is such a great boy inside the house too. He will curl up in a ball and sleep while his fosters eat dinner or do everyday activities. He is also used to being crated 8-5 while his fosters are at work. He’s housebroken! We are seeking a only dog home and adopters willing to work on his impulse control. He could use some work with leash manners so a fenced in yard is a must. Duncan is neutered, microchipped, UTD on vaccines & prevention. Interested in meeting this big boy? Fill out an application on our website.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Duncan, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
