My story

Molly is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! Molly is: Spayed: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized - Currently taking medication for anxiety support More about Molly: Housebroken: Yes! Crate trained: She has done well with being crated overnight, but prefers free roam when home alone. She has been left at home alone for up to 10 hours, in a limited area of the home. Leash walking: She is reactive to other dogs, small critters, and children on walks and can then pull and bark. She does best when able to distance herself from triggers so would do best in a quieter, lower-traffic area where she can continue to work on this! Dog social: She has seemed uncomfortable in meeting some dogs, and would likely be most comfortable as a "solo" dog Cat social: Unknown, but she has shown prey drive to small critters on walks Kid friendly: Not a match for young kids as she has shown some reactivity to small kids while on walks. Molly likes: - Long walks (or runs!) on the beach - Napping with her head on a pillow, like the princess she is - Doing zoomies and apartment-parkour Molly is a cuddly and sweet girl who also loves to play and use her brain. She is a major beach bunny and loves to romp on the sand or go for a run in the sand. At home, she likes to relax in the corner of the couch, but NEEDS a pillow to rest her soft head on. She is the best snuggler, gives lots of kisses, and you will never feel lonely with Molly around! She has seemed uncomfortable around some other dogs, and may need very slow, structured introductions to any potential dog friends. She can also tend to pull on leash so will need to keep working on this with positive reinforcement training, and would do best in a lower-traffic area. She would thrive in an active home that can provide her with plenty of mental and physical activity! Molly's adoption fee is $300, and she is ready to take a long walk on the beach in the sunset with you! Next steps: Email adopt@onetail.org with questions, or submit an application online and we'll be in touch to schedule a meeting: https://www.onetail.org/apply-to-adopt/ *** Our adoption application stays on file for one year and can apply to any dog in our program. Once the app is submitted you will receive an email within 48-72 hours. For additional questions, email adopt@onetail.org ***

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Molly, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
