My story

Poppy is a 4-month-old, 8-pound bundle of sweetness who’s ready to find her forever home! She may look like a tiny golden retriever, but her breed is anyone’s guess — what we do know is that she’s absolutely adorable and will steal your heart in an instant. She's projected to be under 25lbs full grown but that is also a guess. Poppy is still learning the ropes of potty training, so she’ll need an adopter who is home a lot to help her along the way. She’s a bit timid at first, but with lots of love and reassurance, she'll be your BFF in no time. Poppy is good with other dogs and would love to have a canine buddy as a companion in her new home. As within any young puppy she'll need patience and practice to improve her leash walking skills. She has not been around any cats in her foster home. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, Poppy’s your girl. Her fur feels like cashmere, and she’ll melt into your arms and stay there for as long as yiu let her. She’s got so much love to give and is ready for a family who will help her blossom into the confident, happy pup she’s meant to be. Thank you for your interest in one of our furry kids! Adopting from Releash Atlanta means you will adopt a dog that has been fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and medically cleared!! While we make our best guesses, we often don’t know what breeds our kiddos are made of. We cannot guarantee our guesses will always be right but CAN guarantee they are 100% good dogs!
