My story

My foster writes: Jasmine's persona is even sweeter than her name implies! Read on to learn what makes this pup so special!- Affectionate with all humans: Jasmine adores people! At home, she's always game for a cuddle or some gentle playtime; on walks she is eager to greet every person she passes. Beloved by all my neighbors, her gentle and friendly nature has made her particularly popular with the young children who live in my building. She's co-hosted parties with me, accompanied me to dog-friendly stores, and joined me on picnics with friends - making new friends each time.- A very good girl: Jasmine is easily trainable and knows a bunch of tricks - ask her about her "high five"! At home she's easy-peasy - housebroken, nondestructive, fond of walks and playtime but able to settle and snooze while you're busy, and capable of being left alone for a few hours when you're not home. She has fantastic leash manners on walks, and is unfazed by traffic, bikes, sirens, and road construction. She's great in the car, and has gotten stellar behavior reports from the groomer and vet! Jasmine's selective about other dogs - some she likes, others not so much, and passing other dogs on the street sometimes makes her nervous. She's made great strides, however, in learning to sit and look at her human to get a treat while other dogs pass by. - A true head-turner and crowd-pleaser: With her chocolate-caramel-butterscotch coat, striking amber eyes, and 1000-watt smile, Jasmine reels in the compliments wherever she goes. Always in a good mood, her sunny spirit brightens each and every day. - Jasmine's dream home: Jasmine is seeking a home that provides the love and affection that she adores! She'd thrive in a family or multigenerational household with multiple people to love on her, but has also been happy living with couples and single humans. She'd prefer to be your one and only pooch princess (no kitties or pocket pets, please), but might be able to live with another dog if a meet-and-greet goes well. Fostering Jasmine has been an absolute pleasure, and I know that whomever adopts her will be even luckier!
