My story

** Current location: in a foster home in South Korea ** Phoebe was found on an island called Jeju, South Korea. He was a one-month-old puppy crying alone in a tangerine field. He was rescued by our organization after being placed in a high kill city shelter. He is such a perfect puppy. His current foster parents say he is flawless: smart, healthy, sociable and friendly with both people and other dogs and cats. He's almost done with his baby teeth and has his permanent teeth now, and I'm sure he'll be a great looking dog once he's done shedding.
