XP Lady and/or Tramp - Newark, NJ

My story

Lady is a Labrador Retriever and Tramp is a male Pitbull mix who have been with their family since they were pups. Their family can no longer care for them so now these two are looking for new homes, either together or separately. Both are fixed and up to date on all vaccinations. They are house trained and have been on the leash before but they like to pull on it. They are not crate trained. Lady is the black & white dog, Tramp is the brown one. Lady does not get along with cats but Tramp gets along with them. They both are great with kids and have absolutely no bite history. Tramp loves to be around people and pets. He's a gentle giant and is always trying to sit on someone's lap. However, I would like it if the person already has pets at home for Tramp to be with. Lady is not as good with other dogs as Tramp is, but she enjoys the company of people so she wouldn't need another pet to keep her entertained.  Tramp is an extremely silly dog and he loves to try to get on peoples' laps even though he can't. He has destroyed a pair of shoes and several toys around the house before so he might like to have some good chewies. Lady is very gentle and just loves to be around people. Lady and Tramp are NOT with 11th Hour Rescue but we are networking them in an effort to help them find new homes.
