Just George

My story

Just George is a goofy old man with a lot of personality! He likes to take his time warming up to new people, but once you earn his trust, you`ll find he`s a fun-loving and wonderful companion. George has been at the shelter since August of last year. His favorite pastimes are going for long walks through the park to smell everything followed by a long, luxurious midday nap. George came in as a stray and we are not sure what his life was like before he arrived, but he has been in a foster home once and did very well. He was a very clean house guest and spent his time in the home resting and enjoying the peace and quiet. George likely needs a home where he can be the only dog- there’s plenty of him to go around, and he doesn`t care to share his hunka-hunka burnin’ love with other dogs. He is a great listener and will do anything for a treat.He can play a bit rough with toys and could need some extra attention and supervision when first in a home.
