My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!I need a home without cats or small animals.I don't always like to share my food, toys or bedding with other animals.I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.My #BoroughBreak Buddy Writes: Xena knows sit and paw. She's very gentle when taking treats. Xena loves to play and you can see how happy she gets. She loves to be pet and will roll over and give her belly. Don't let her age at 6 years young fool you, she kept up with me and enjoyed our walk. She's still very puppy like in how she plays with her toys and a little happy dance while walking. She is super smart and knows sit and paw, takes treats so gently too. She was such a delight to walk today and I enjoyed getting to know her and our time together. She loves getting butt scratches and behind her ears, she will definitely shower you with kisses. After a nice walk, we sat on the grass and she sat so patiently and watched people walk by. This princess deserves a forever home.My #BoroughBreak Buddy Writes: Xena is the sweetest girl. She is sweet, playful, and loving. We took a car ride to Petco and picked out a toy and bully stick! We stayed in the car since it was very cold outside. Xena had so much fun ripping apart the toy and chewing on the bully stick. She enjoyed belly rubs and pets while laying in the car.
