When she first arrived at HSHC as a stray, she was fearful and unsure of the world. But with love, consistency, and a few tasty treats, she’s made incredible progress. These days, she lights up when she sees her favorite people and leans right in for pets and affection.She’s a smart, curious girl who enjoys staying busy and engaged. She’s still brushing up on a few basic skills, but she already loves things like puzzle feeders, scent games, and learning new tricks. She’s also got a flair for fun—especially when it involves shredding cardboard boxes (her version of recycling) or modeling a cozy sweater for attention.Mama Mia would feel most comfortable in a calm, cat-free home with older kids (around 13 and up) who understand the importance of going slow and letting her set the pace. She may enjoy having a dog friend, but she’d like to meet them first at the shelter to make sure everyone gets along.
