Rugrat was picked up after being abandoned on the streets of a small town. He entered the CARE rescue program has thrived in his new foster home. He is good with other dogs and is ready for his new family. This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted. The adoption fee of $995 covers age appropriate vaccinations, micro chip, health certificate, kennel it travels in and air transport*.
