My story

Hi, I`m Zeus! I`m about 14 years old and weigh 60 pounds. I have a medical waiver kennel staff can tell you more about when you come to meet me. ** I still need to be neutered so when my forever family decides to adopt me, I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. **Do you like...Dogs? I`ve seemed uncomfortable around other dogs here at the shelter. I may be able to co-exist with a calm, respectful dog - please bring all dogs in the house with you when you come to meet me!Cats? Unknown. I would need slow introductions and separation of space in order to potentially live with a feline friend. Kids? I`ve been a friendly older guy, and likely wouldn`t mind kids, as long as they aren`t crawling all over me. (8+)Anything else you`d like us to know, Zeus? I`m an easy going older boy who is looking for a retirement home that has a big cushy bed! Daily walkies around the neighborhood to smell all the things would be a bonus! I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. See all of the pets at this shelter by visiting www.green-hill.org.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Zeus, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
