My story

“You’ve got a friend in me,”  Following a quick jaunt east from Steeltown, Donavan, a handsome, brown and white tabby boy, is looking to make new friends with whom he can spend the rest of his life.ABOUT DONAVAN- In foster- Donavan is friendly and pretty chill with lots of affection to give.- It takes Donavan no time at all to make himself at home wherever he lands. He isn’t scared, just very sweet,  friendly and confident. - He prefers to spend most of his time near his people, never wanting to waste one minute of the action. Donavan really loves human company, and plays with everyone, including visitors!- Donavan doesn`t enjoy loud sounds and having his paws touched.- Whenever he`s preparing to run after the laser or a spring toy, he hunkers down and slightly raises his left paw before he pounces forward. Oh what fun you will have with this energetic boy!- Donavan also loves the feather wand and his catnip mouse. The options for play are endless with this boy!- He might become a bit overstimulated, giving love bites if pet for too long or in a spot he doesn’t like. Reading his body language and redirecting him when necessary will help channel his energy in a positive way.- When he is ready to relax, Donavan loves to sleep in little nooks; he has a little house, an old cardboard box, and he also loves his carrier. - He is quite intrigued by what goes on outside, so his presence around any exits that lead to the great outdoors will need to be carefully monitored.- Donavan loves nibbling on his cat grass, and will run after his kibble with no hesitation when his foster parents toss some for him to chase. He enjoys his food, whatever the delivery method may be!- Donavan is on a prescribed diet and takes daily medication to address skin irritation. - He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.  DONAVAN”S IDEAL HOME- Given Donavan`s gentle nature, a quiet setting without young children would be preferable.- He would benefit from living with an experienced cat adopter who is able to read his body language. - Donavan wants to have a starring role as the sole cat in his new home. Not to worry, there is plenty of Donavan to go around!  Are you eager to find a friend for life? “As the years go by our friendship will never die.” Schedule a meet and greet  with Donavan today. If you have any
