At first glance, Blackberry may seem reserved, but give him a little time and patience, and you'll discover a goofy, laser-chasing, toy-loving companion with a heart of gold. Blackberry absolutely lives for wand toys, laser pointers, and bouncing balls, and once he feels safe, his silly antics and graceful pounces will have you smiling in no time. While he's not a fan of being petted just yet, and he's slowly warming up with the help of our dedicated staff and volunteers who work with him every day. He just needs a kind, patient adopter willing to let him blossom at his own pace. Often overlooked for his quiet nature, Blackberry is truly a hidden gem.
