My story

Ames with the just right overbite! There is something so yummy about an overbite. Ames has the sweetest face to go along with it too. We couldn't help but talk about how cute he is when we first met him. Ames is more than good looks. He is just as nice, if not nicer than he is handsome. Ames has soft energy and knows basic commands already. He is a little skinny and doesn't shy away from trying new flavors of treats. He will eat anything. He is comfortable with all over handling and doesn't invade our personal space unless invited. Pretty and perfect! Came in as a stray on 9/11/24. The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID. All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs. Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
