Nico

My story

Meet Nico! This cute boy came to us after being found running at large in Butler County. He is a high energy pup and would love a home where he gets lots of play time and things to sniff! He would benefit from continued positive reinforcement in the home to learn some leash manners. He could go to a home with children 6 and up and may be able to live with another dog pending a successful meet and greet. Nico doesn't really care for cats--and he cannot live with them. Nico is a part of our SCI Fayette Training Program, which means he is currently residing off campus at the Fayette State Correctional Institution where he is living with selected inmates. While there, Nico enjoys enrichment activities, positive reinforcement and force-free training. Basically, he lives full time with his new best friends and learns manners to prepare him for you - his future family! Interested?
