My story

Do you enjoy the beautiful rich, dark browns with hints of orange and beige- colored fur of tortoiseshell kitties? You may want to check us out! We are Winnie and Newt, extremely bonded sisters who have never spent a day apart. Our foster Mom says we are the most polite, little lady-like pair of kitties she has ever fostered. True southern bells. Oh do we love rubbies and will ask politely if we can sit next to you or in your lap. We have the most silky soft fur you will have the pleasure of petting. We are both very neat and tidy with our food and litter. We do not want to be a bother. When you arrive home from work, we would both enjoy hearing about your day. In exchange, we will purr and make biscuits for you to help you unwind because you've had a day. You need some kitty cuddle time to melt that stress away. Come home to us and we will be your loyal, loving friends. Our foster Mom likes to dress us up, I guess she is bored. LOL. Newt doesn't seem to mind these. I am somewhat annoyed but will deal with her outfits for a short time for a photo op. Oh, we are smart, too. We watched our foster Mom open a gate to a window seat area, and we figured out how to open it ourselves. Hope you won't mind us coming to bed with you, we enjoy the relaxing, quiet time with you. We love watching reality nature show through your window. We would like to have a couch, window seat, or shorter kitty seating area for both of us to watch the birds and little creatures outside, please. We make little chirping sounds at times and our eyes get really wide with excitement watching the squirrels scurry around. We use our litter pans without fail, don't mess things up, play gentle, adore being brushed and gently ask you to spend time with us by coming up to you and rubbing against your leg, then gazing up at you asking for your time. We like to lay on throw rugs and play with smaller toys. We are 11-month old, tri-colored torties with huge golden-colored eyes, quiet, non-imposing personalities. Go ahead a pet us, we will melt in your hands. We are spayed, vaccines are current, no bad habits and micro-chipped, which is an added perk adopting from Snow Camp! Please request an adoption application, by clicking the request information button, or text the adoption coordinators, Bev @ 262-894-5975 or Carrie @ 801-550-9231. Once you request an application, please check your spam email folder for our application within 24 hours or go to this web address to fill out the application on your phone, https://snowcampfurever.com/contact-us, go to the contact page and scroll down for the application. If you would like to see all the kitties, from adults to kittens available at Snow Camp, click this link, https://snowcamp.rescueme.org/. The rescue offers a 2-week adoption trial. If you feel we not a good fit for you, the rescue will take me back. A no risk adoption! Our adoption fee is $175 each. The rescue is running a Fall Adoption special. If you fill out an application before 10/15/24, take $50 off each adoption fee. That's $100 off! Are you ready to meet two endearing, polite, adorable sweet ladies? Fill out the application so we can purr for you, too. Southern charm awaits.....signed Winnie and Newt.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Winnie & Newt - Southern Bells, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
