My story

Hi! I’m Horchata — Your Future Best Friend!I’m a sweet, gentle girl who loves cuddles, belly rubs, and hanging out with my favorite people. I used to be a stray, but now I’ve found a great foster home where I feel safe and loved — but I’m ready to find my forever home with you!I’m housetrained and crate trained (my comfy little safe space). I know how to sit when you ask me, and while I do get a little excited on walks and sometimes pull on my leash, I’m a quick learner and always listen to you.I’ve been living with two little humans in my foster home — toddlers, actually — and I’m super gentle with them. I like to give soft licks and just be near them, sharing quiet, happy moments. I LOVE soft toys (my favorite is a carrot!), but I’m very gentle — I don’t chew or destroy them. When I’m not playing or going for walks, I enjoy lots of naps on the couch. I’m a chill girl who loves to relax but also likes some fun and attention.I follow my people around like a little shadow because I just want to be close to you — I’ll even lay my head next to yours and give you a gentle lick to show how much I trust and love you. My best feature is that I have floppy ears and a great big smile — some say that’s pretty special!If you want a loyal, loving pup who’s calm, sweet, and ready to be your snuggle buddy, I’m your girl. In fact, I want to be your only girl — forever!
